The existing private residence will undergo ambitious changes tailored to the modern needs of its inhabitants. There will be a reconfiguration of the interior spaces – the living room on the first floor will be merged with the kitchen, the entrance area will be renovated, and the spaces will be designed to be spacious and open. The bedrooms on the second floor will be expanded. The facade will feature a new brick finish with wooden element accents. The interior will be predominantly white with tonal accents. Light and spaciousness are the main considerations in shaping the layout and interior.
