The main objective of the pavilion is to draw attention with unconventional solutions. Objects are exhibited more like an art show, installations. For example, finishing materials are presented with a different approach. They are showcased in small spaces, creating a kind of artwork. The children’s room can be transformed into a dream and create an unreal environment where children can linger. After visiting the pavilion, there is a desire to leave with a sense of adventure.
The total volume of the quarter is designed on two levels – standard height + elevated central part. The central part is derived from the Decco Centra logo both in form and tone. It serves as a landmark that can be perceived from a distance, making it unique and recognizable. The main pavilion is bright and easily transparent, allowing for the perception of people and object forms, while still maintaining intrigue about the exhibition. The accent volume’s finish is made of vivid red from a lightly transparent material, encircling the central square and making it unique.
The accent volume also serves as a modern art installation, through which one can cross the pavilion and enter the exhibition spaces. In this area, for example, you can hang red objects, play special music, and provide lighting.
The central area is multifunctional. The central square is open, accessible from both side aisles. It is intended for presentations, workshops, and other activities. It is easily accessible to people. In the event of a function, there is the option to view from the side aisles. The ceiling area of the central part is enclosed – highlighted in a circle. Here, there is the possibility of incorporating blackout curtains, thus creating a closed-off zone. When necessary, specialized presentations can take place in this area. This area can be set up for discussions and an information desk for presentation materials.
The peripheral zones are intended for exhibitions. They are divided into open and closed areas.
The open exhibition is partially separated from the central part and is easily accessible for viewing. Here, as one possibility, there is an option to install kitchen equipment for cooking. The kitchen area is a component of the central part – easily accessible. In this area, there is the possibility to set up a staff storage room.
